Refund Policy

A full refund may be requested before course access is approved. After digital course access is granted, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or when Flint cannot provide the purchased service.

Cancelled services

If Flint cancels a paid course or cannot deliver the purchased service, the student will be offered an appropriate replacement or refund.
